PHENIX

Is a configurable, high-level user-friendly interface that allows you to:

  • - Federate Data Exchange with heterogeneous hardware (simulators, telecom equipements, special drivers, etc).
  • - Handle a unique Test Methodology using standard tools (same Top Frontal GUI for all hardware).
  • - Specify test suites constituted of scenarios in the standard language MSC (Message Sequence Chart).
  • - Edit data by means of graphic syntax-oriented editors (MSC Editor and ASN.1 Editor).
  • - Adapt the test system to the System Under Test (SUT) by means of Plug & Play Interfaces.
  • - Generate the bi-directional real-time code for the client's SUT.
  • - Analyse Test Logs using high level graphic tools.
  • - Obtain a complete Test Report from any Test Log.

Most of the standard protocols are available: SS7 (ISUP, BICC, INAPCS1, INAPCS2, etc); VoIP (MGCP, H248 [ber & txt], SIP-T, etc); ATM (AALx, B-ISUP, etc); GPRS-UMTS (CAMEL, SMS, BSSAP+, MAP, etc); CDMA2000 (A1, A3, A7, etc); others (TPKT, SCTP, UDP, IP, etc). User defined protocols can be implemented if required.
